1. General Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of MEF’s website and all services provided by MEF. By accessing our site or engaging in any service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
2. Services Offered
MEF provides the following services:
- Video production (scriptwriting, filming, directing, etc.)
- Video post-production (editing, sound design, motion graphics, etc.)
- Consulting (content creation strategies, audience engagement, etc.)
- Marketing & Advertising (campaigns, social media strategy, etc.)
MEF reserves the right to update or modify the services offered at any time without prior notice.
3. Payments & Fees
All services provided by MEF require upfront payment based on the agreed-upon terms. The client is responsible for any applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) related to services rendered.
Payment Schedule:
- Payments for one-time projects are due at project milestones or as specified in the contract.
- Recurring services such as social media videos will be billed on a monthly or weekly basis as per the service agreement.
- Late payments may incur additional fees. If payments are not received within 2 weeks of the due date, MEF reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once a project has commenced, MEF does not offer refunds for services rendered. Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the start of the project. If the cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for payment of any completed work.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely feedback, information, and materials (such as video assets) to ensure that projects proceed without delay. MEF is not responsible for project delays caused by client inaction or incomplete information.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content created by MEF, including but not limited to videos, designs, and scripts, remains the intellectual property of MEF until the client completes full payment. Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client. MEF retains the right to use non-confidential work for promotional purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive project details, strategies, and personal information unless prior written consent is provided by the other party.
8. Limitation of Liability
MEF will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We strive to deliver the highest quality, but we do not guarantee specific results or success metrics beyond what is stated in the contract.
9. Termination of Services
MEF reserves the right to terminate or suspend services in the event of:
- Non-payment
- Breach of contract
- Uncooperative or hostile behavior from the client
In such cases, MEF may retain all fees and deposits paid to date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Chennai, India.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
MEF reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website and services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
